Job description

We are seeking a driven E-Commerce/Sales Manager to manage the online presence of our consumer electronics segment. The E-Commerce/Sales Manager will create, administer, and manage the company’s online stores across different countries and platforms, ensuring compliance with company standards. The role involves developing and maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and 3PL in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility Areas
  1. Stay updated on new developments in e-marketing and research brand demographics to develop strategies that maximize search engine traffic and optimize ad spends.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  3. Manage product assortment based on sales trends and market needs.
  4. Oversee online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  5. Ensure online merchandise presentation, including categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement, and promotions, meet company standards.
  6. Improve product presentation with detailed descriptions, key features, and imagery.
  7. Implement merchandising tactics to drive traffic and maximize e-commerce margins and profitability.
  8. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, updating product content and site messaging accordingly.
Key Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing management.
  2. Background in Retail, E-commerce, and online Marketplace Management.
  3. Keen analytical skills, detail-oriented, creative thinking ability.
  4. Proficiency with digital advertising tools and marketplaces such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights for management reporting.
