Job Purpose

Responsible for managing TSP personnel, travel, and related administrative activities necessary for the Project or TSP department.

Job Description
  • Manage all TSPs' international mobility assignments in and out of TechnipFMC APAC, ensuring all travel and logistics are arranged for seamless transitions.
  • Ensure assignment letters and necessary visas are secured for all TSP personnel.
  • Keep project terms, conditions, and other documents up to date.
  • Handle employee relations within the TSP department, including performance issues, grievances, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant obligations and internal procedures.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to departmental procedures.

Foster collaborative work practices between the Project and TSP departments, including offshore training, administration, and travel.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Technical and Managerial Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP experience (preferred), strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience

At least 5 years or equivalent in coordinating and mobilizing personnel internationally, with demonstrated problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and experience in administrative support.

Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate sound interpersonal and organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, use initiative, and be a team player.
