We are a leading healthcare and wellness company specializing in the distribution of massage chairs and fitness equipment. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our customers by providing high-quality products that promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, from payroll management and compensation structuring to career development initiatives, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Taking charge of monthly payroll processing and ensuring timely submission of mandatory government statutory filings, including adept handling of government grant applications.
• Conducting employee counseling sessions, effectively managing grievances, and overseeing disciplinary proceedings when necessary.
• Liaising with pertinent government statutory bodies, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Managing all aspects of employee movements, encompassing recruitment, promotions, transfers, terminations, and retirement procedures.
• Upholding compliance with labor regulations and addressing any emerging compliance issues promptly and effectively.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks and preparing comprehensive reports as mandated by senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS Software is advantageous.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
