About the role

Hyperwave Systems Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a critical role in the design and development of cutting-edge infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

Provide technical leadership and oversight for the civil and structural engineering aspects of complex projects

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions

Conduct structural analyses, prepare detailed design drawings, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Mentor and guide junior engineers to support their professional development

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in the Oil & G industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects

Proficient in the use of engineering design software such as AutoCAD

Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Thorough understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
