Job Description

Do you want to learn all there is to know about running a Supply Chain in the fast-moving consumer goods industry?

Are you interested in a career in Product Supply that provides exposure to different parts of the P&G supply chain and the rest of the company, giving a tremendous opportunity to develop a broad and deep skillset?

The assignments you will lead range from Customization Operations, Transportation Operations, Distribution Center Operations, Supply Operations, and Data Operations. Each role will give you a comprehensive understanding of the various dimensions of P&G's Supply Chain.

Your Team

You will report to a Product Supply Manager or Senior Manager and will work in a multi-functional team.

What Success Looks Like

You will lead, impact, and contribute to the success of your business for a group of customers or brands. You will handle your tasks independently in areas like Customization, Transportation, Distribution Center, Supply, and Data.

• Customization: Develop technical packaging standards to meet regulatory/market needs on certain SKUs (bundle packing, regulatory stickering, and promotional stickering).
• Transportation: Ensure transportation billing is processed timely and coordinate smoothly between transportation vendors and Distribution Center Operations to minimize business interruptions.
• Distribution Center: Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory and coordinate effectively between P&G and 3PL providers.
• Supply: Allocate supply for forecasted customer orders and manage SKU availability based on priority.
• Data: Regularly review reports to identify opportunities for streamlining and translating data into insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize the supply chain to improve Service, Cash, and Cost results.
• Collaborate within the Supply Chain Team and with cross-functional partners (Commercial, Sales, Finance, Customers, Vendors) to achieve business objectives.
• Execute tasks promptly to avoid disruptions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably with a logistics and supply chain background.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain is preferred; expertise in a specific area of Supply Chain is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Fluent in English and Malay (verbal and written).
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur General Office or Shah Alam Distribution Center.
