Job description

Manage the Production Department (CNC, Barrel, Tooling, Press, QC, and Packing) efficiently while meeting production and quality targets.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations based on schedules and orders.

Ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and resource utilization.

Collaborate with departments to ensure machinery meets required specifications and operates efficiently.

Develop and execute production plans, budgets, and timelines according to specifications.

Work closely with the QAQC Manager, Sales Assistant, and Production Team to manage backlog recovery and order adjustments.

Oversee raw material stock levels, track consumption, and coordinate purchase orders.

Lead performance reviews, training, and development for the production team.

Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, including managerial experience.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, 5S, and maintenance standards.
• Strong analytical, planning, and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
