Job Description
- Handling sales order which include processing and following up the order.
- Responsible for any other sales support and administrative functions as and when required.
- Liaise with billing and support team to check on order status closure and report forecast.
- Responsible to attend to sales order follow up and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Must have basic IT knowledge to attend customer enquiries.
- Support marketing team on events/campaign and project development.
- Provide office/administration support.
- Assist in handling,arrangement and inventory stock take.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology , Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
- Good in Microsoft Office and well verse in IT knowledge.
- Required language(s), written & spoken : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
- No work experience required. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good communication skills to liaise with customers and follow-up.
