Basic Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 4,000

Responsibilities:

1. Design and monitor private, hybrid, and public cloud servers.
2. Provide technical expertise to clients by troubleshooting and fixing technical issues via ticketing platform and telephone.
3. Establish networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
4. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network engineers on network optimization.
5. Secure system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, monitoring access, and server hardening.
6. Accomplish information systems and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.
7. Ability to multitask across different projects.

Requirements:

1. Have a basic understanding of operating systems, cloud computing, and networking.
2. Independent and responsible.
3. Willing to take up challenges for self-improvement.
4. Good in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
5. Willing to work on rotating shifts for day and night shifts.
6. Familiarity with virtualization software such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc. is an added advantage.
7. Familiarity with public cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or its equivalent and/or possesses hands-on experience.
2. Min 1-year relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
