Human Resource Information System Manager
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), MiCare, and other HR Information Systems.
- Drive continuous system and process improvements through timely solutions, ensure satisfactory user experience, manage system maintenance, and uphold governance to support group-wide HRMS/HRIS operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate day-to-day HRMS/HRIS activities, including setup, issue resolution, user and role management, system upgrades, and support across the FFM group of companies.
- Manage data and workflows, ensure data accuracy, and timely updates in the system.
- Analyze system capabilities and business requirements to provide optimal solutions for system/process design and workflows, supporting continuous improvement and automation.
- Stay updated on technical innovations, provide insights on best practices, and recommend improvements.
- Manage and track ticket resolutions in the Issue/Request Log and monitor AMS system credits utilization.
- Build and update test plans, training materials, system configuration documentation, and deliver user training.
- Ensure system configurations comply with statutory requirements, including data protection and employment laws.
- Partner with system vendors for ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and solutions.
- Coordinate system integration with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Leverage HRMS data for dashboards, insights, and reports to inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user interface and experience, drive adoption, and incorporate feedback for improvements.
- Support risk mitigation by ensuring system security, user access control, and adherence to data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
- Promote and exemplify the company's culture, values, and ethical standards.
- Contribute proactively to departmental and organizational objectives.
- Support ad-hoc projects and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified SuccessFactors Professional, Workday Certification, or similar HR Tech/system administration credentials are advantageous.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or HRIS.
