About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, AngularJS, and Spring Boot to join our growing team. You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications and integrations that support our ERP implementation projects.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
• Collaborate with Consultants, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements, identify technical solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements to deployment and support
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve our development processes and practices
• Mentor and guide junior members of the engineering team, sharing your expertise and best practices
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization through your technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in software development, proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in team leadership and coaching is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
