About the role

PINNACLE HOMES GROUP of COMPANIES is seeking a skilled Property Developer Sales Gallery Operations Administrator to join our growing team nationwide. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running and success of our sales gallery operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team for property development projects.
  2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the sales gallery and office management, including customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and maintaining inventory.
  3. Preparing sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
  4. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient sales gallery and office management.
  5. Assisting with property viewings and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and data related to office, sales, and customer information.
  7. Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in property or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malay, and Mandarin; ability to communicate in local dialects is an advantage.
