Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as Telemarketing Executives, working remotely from anywhere in Malaysia. This is a fully remote role with no in-person client meetings required. Your responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients via outbound calls (leads provided), guiding them through simple processes, and securing their interest or appointments. You will also handle follow-ups and basic administrative tasks using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and gather necessary information.
2. Introduce and explain services using provided scripts.
3. Handle objections confidently and professionally.
4. Maintain accurate call logs and client data in the CRM system.
5. Achieve monthly KPIs in client conversion, follow-up tasks, and sales targets.
6. Support in preparing basic client quotations and documents.

Requirements

1. Diploma and above.
2. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a plus.
3. Results-oriented, persuasive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing/sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
5. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.) is a bonus.
6. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates from all states.
7. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
8. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections.
