IT Project Management Office (PMO) - Senior Executive/Executive

Responsible for executing, planning, organizing, and managing various stages of assigned IT projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Work closely with business stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to achieve project deliverables and outcomes.

Conduct user requirement gathering sessions, training, and meetings.

Provide post-implementation support to users.

Act as an in-house consultant, providing advisory services to business departments as needed.

Perform R&D on new technologies for digital automation within the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT project management, software development, and application support.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills, especially in issue identification, root cause analysis, resolution, and recommendations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, ECM solutions, data analytics tools, business process automation, cybersecurity, and project implementation is an advantage.
