Create, manage design and garments process from conception until final process according to the deadline.

Handle customer inquiries, measure customer’s measurements, and conduct fitting sessions.

Sourcing materials, cutting customer patterns, and sample making.

Sewing customer-requested outfits based on orders until final completion and detailing.

Check and ensure outfit finishing quality and fitting details according to customer requests, alterations, and specifications.

Sketch new designs for customers.

Liaise with suppliers, tailors, or teams on sampling and production.

Participate in photoshoots and coordinate with the Creative Director on outfit looks and styling.

Engage in research, development, and sample making for new collections.

May perform specific tasks related to production management, including purchasing, accessories, creating client invoices, and preparing monthly sales and stock reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a fashion-related field.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience may be required.

Technical skills in cutting, sewing, sketching, with knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.

Ability to cut, create sample patterns, and experience in sewing new outfits.

Self-directed, team player, able to complete project details within timelines.

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CLO software is an advantage.

SALARY:

Depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
