Execution and implementation of agency strategies at branch level to ensure meeting company's KPIs in terms of APE, VONB, new recruits, productivity, and total manpower.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute strategic plans to ensure the achievement of assigned KPIs.
2. Provide sales support to agents to ensure high performance and implement remedial actions when necessary.
3. Offer guidance and counseling to agents, including mediating agency disputes.
4. Address agency members' doubts, concerns, and problems, providing solutions to overcome challenges.
5. Execute agency development programs, including monitoring and tracking performance through TM Next Gen.
6. Motivate agency members to boost morale.
7. Conduct weekly activity management meetings.
8. Organize and support all company functions.
9. Encourage agency members to focus on recruiting new agents.
10. Support Agency Leaders in training agents for future promotions.
11. Organize and conduct meetings, activities, and events.
12. Grow manpower through organic recruitment and direct appointment of agency leaders.
13. Coordinate with Head Office for business development activities, including sales campaigns, product launches, contests, roadshows, and awards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably handling agents in insurance or similar industries.
• Position based in Kuching.
