Job summary

Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage the in-house sales team and sales agents to achieve sales targets by developing sales action plans and KPIs.
  • Plan, develop, optimize, implement, and provide feedback on sales business plans and strategies.
  • Manage all resources to ensure the success of sales strategies and activities.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, forecasts, competition, and prospect databases to formulate strategies that drive sales to meet targets.
  • Monitor booking aging to maximize successful sales conversions against targets.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit sales reports, events, and achievements in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and provide input during product development and pricing stages.
  • Provide active product feedback for product improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and client behaviors to support decision-making.
  • Motivate, support, and coach the sales team to enhance their career development, growth, and team morale.
  • Assist in formulating and controlling the Sales Division budget.
  • Assist in creating and delivering press releases, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials, including print ads and publications.
  • Establish good business relationships with media, private, and public sectors.
  • Maintain the company’s branding in accordance with branding guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  1. A degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in property sales and marketing.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  4. Proven achievement in real estate sales and marketing; knowledgeable in real estate investment; a pleasant personality; innovative; and capable of motivating and driving the sales team and agents to achieve company sales targets.
