A fast-scaling SaaS company is seeking a strategic Senior Vice President Sales EMEA to lead their growth phase. This role involves scaling the sales team, defining sales methodologies, and collaborating with the executive team to drive the company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the EMEA region, and be fluent in both German and English. This position offers the opportunity to shape processes and potentially step into a CRO role.

Job description

We are looking for a strategic but hands-on Senior Vice President Sales EMEA to lead the next growth phase of a fast-scaling SaaS company in the Customer Experience (CXP), Customer Data Platform (CDP) and AI space. The company delivers cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that enable businesses to better understand their customers, act on real-time feedback and drive measurable impact across experience, engagement and reputation.

Location : Germany / Fully Remote

Your Role :

  • Lead, scale and structure the EMEA sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Translate company-level objectives into actionable sales goals, quotas, team structure and hiring plans through reverse forecasting
  • Build a high-quality pipeline and implement a consistent forecasting and reporting structure
  • Define and drive a company-wide sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, P.U.B.) to ensure pipeline clarity and forecast reliability
  • Monitor and present SaaS KPIs such as CAC, deal velocity, average contract value and win rates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and develop the current sales team and attract high-caliber new talent
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and C-level team to shape the company’s evolution, with a clear focus on driving toward a successful exit within 3–4 years

What You Bring :

  • A proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS sales organizations in EMEA
  • Experience in Customer Experience, CDP or related SaaS verticals is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and forecasting logic
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership approach with the ambition to make a visible impact
  • Familiarity with hospitality tech or the travel ecosystem is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
