Salary: FROM RM 1700 / month

Job Scope:

Barista

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and a big smile
• Prepare and serve coffee or tea to customers
• Ensure each drink is made with passion and meets quality standards by following SOPs
• Explain Bask Bear products clearly and promote/upsell as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, sanitize equipment and utensils

Kitchen Crew

• Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables for cooking
• Ensure the availability of fresh ingredients daily
• Sort, chop, and store food items for cooking
• Assist the chef in preparing menu items following standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas
• Set oven and cooking ranges to proper temperatures
• Monitor cooking times and remove dishes when ready
• Arrange dishes on trays for serving
• Clean kitchen floors, ovens, and equipment regularly
• Wash and dry dishes, flatware, glasses, and dispose of trash properly

Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM / O-Level qualification
• Basic knowledge of kitchen & F&B preferred
• Able to work extra hours and on public holidays
• No health issues or critical illnesses
