We invite you to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Excellence & Experience Senior Manager. This role, situated in the FBT Procurement Leadership team, will lead global teams to deliver expertise across categories and Source to Contract (S2C) processes, supporting the global ERP and One Procurement (1p) program. You will focus on standardizing, simplifying, and automating procurement activities and processes, delivering data analytics, and managing projects to enhance procurement efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
Operationally, the role entails accountability for global S2C excellence, setting visions and roadmaps, driving performance, managing resources and budgets, and fostering networks for ongoing improvements. It also involves developing innovative solutions for operational challenges and ensuring compliance with standards.
People management responsibilities include leading a global team of approximately 100 professionals, fostering a high-performance environment, supporting talent development, and maintaining effective communication channels. The role also requires active participation in global forums and collaboration with HR to support team growth and development.
HSSE compliance is mandatory, including participating in safety initiatives and developing strategies to maintain physical and mental health.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 20 years of experience with significant leadership roles, deep procurement process knowledge, and strong communication and influencing skills. Desirable qualifications include professional certifications like MCIPS, experience in the oil industry, and training in continuous improvement or project management.
