Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resources
• Oversee daily production processes, ensuring smooth operations from raw materials to finished goods
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high product standards
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, foremen, and operators
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure the availability of production materials
• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations
• Collaborate with departments including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align production goals
• Control and reduce production costs without compromising quality
