About the job: Finance Manager | Law Firm

About the Employer

A reputable legal firm with 9 offices across Malaysia, comprising over 20 Legal Associates and more than 150 supporting staff.

Salary Package: RM 6,000 - RM 7,000+

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 1pm

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain account books and manage cash flow, payables, and receivables of the firm.
2. Support daily office operations and handle general administrative tasks.
3. Manage full set accounts.
4. Attend to audit and tax filings related to the accounts.
5. Maintain and manage client and office accounts of the firm.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Legal or Audit field.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
4. Able to start work on short notice, work independently, and possess analytical skills.
5. Experience in legal firm accounts is preferred.
