The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing, with expertise in project planning, cross-functional coordination, and quality compliance. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution for aircraft component manufacturing (from design to delivery). Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring on-time delivery within cost targets. Monitor project risks (e.g., supply chain delays, technical issues) and implement mitigation strategies.
  2. Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP). Review technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes for precision components.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams (English required; Mandarin is a plus). Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
  4. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC) and customer-specific standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in project management within aerospace components or precision manufacturing (e.g., machined parts, composites, avionics).
  • Familiarity with CNC machining, GD&T, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • PMP certification or AS9100 knowledge is a plus.
