Assist in implementing organizational development strategies and organization structure, including recommendation, revision and maintenance of organization charts and job descriptions.
Support the execution of organizational changes and facilitate communication with various sectors, divisions and departments.
Conduct surveys and assist in gathering data to identify OD needs and support strategic planning.
Succession Planning
Help manage the succession planning process, including maintaining talent databases and tracking development progress for potential leaders.
Support successors’ development by coordinating structured training and development programs, and collecting feedback from participants for improvements.
Monitor and update succession planning documents and tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Compliance and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to OD and succession planning activities to prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards by supporting audits and maintaining documentation.
