JAC Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for highly talented and ambitious future colleagues in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
2. Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs
3. Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available
4. Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
5. Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge

Requirements:

1. 2 years of previous work experience in recruitment or sales
2. Professional mindset and motivation for the recruitment business
3. Passionate about own career and growth prospects
4. Excellent people skills
