Job description

Monitor output, efficiency, and ensure smooth operations to meet production targets and deadlines.

Handle headcount planning, supervise, train, and guide production staff.

Develop KPIs, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Manage raw materials and WIP inventory to maintain efficient material flow.

Ensure a safe work environment and promote 5S housekeeping and discipline.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors, support ISO activities and audits.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.

Preferably at a managerial level, specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Strong team player with the ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks.

Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic production environment.
