ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Strateq Executive Trainee Program is a 12-month (6+6) structured training and career development initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with critical IT and business skills. This program provides:

• 6 months of intensive training (technical & soft skills)
• 6 months of on-the-job experience within Strateq and its group of companies

Exposure to real-world IT projects and client-facing roles.

Hands-on learning in cutting-edge technologies and business operations.

YOUR ROLE & LEARNING JOURNEY

As an Executive Trainee, you will gain practical experience across various industries, technologies, and business functions. Your training will cover (depending on suitability):

• Technical & Business Skills Training
• Cybersecurity: Threat management, risk assessment, security protocols.
• Software Testing: Quality assurance, debugging, test automation.
• Project Management & Business Processes: Agile methodologies, business process optimization.
• Hardware & Software Maintenance: Configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting.
• IT Support & Services: Preventive maintenance, staging, logistics, warehouse support.
