Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operations of the assigned manufacturing organization. Develops strategies, customer relationships, and specific programs to achieve business objectives such as shipment targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, manufacturing technology, and time-to-market goals. Manages relationships with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and other manufacturing organizations to ensure on-time launches of new product introductions (NPI).

• Responsible for an organizational unit that spans multiple departments.
• Directs the design, development, and implementation of organizational programs.
• Develops and directs the implementation of functional and business strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, plus demonstrated industry experience integrating resources across several complex departments or functions.
• Broad knowledge of the function and proven ability to define and oversee the design of program or organizational strategies. Typically, has 7+ years of increasing managerial experience.
