Job description

The Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month program designed to provide comprehensive education and development in the field of Customer Service.

  • In addition to on-the-job training and mentorship, you will receive training in relevant functional areas, such as communication, negotiation, and project management. Furthermore, you will participate in projects specifically designed to enhance customer excellence and management.
  • In the latter three months of the program, you will be provided with the opportunity to work closely with the Order Fulfillment team, thereby gaining valuable insights into our end-to-end customer management processes.
  • Apprentices who demonstrate exceptional performance and potential will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support the customer service team and business functions in Malaysia to manage our customers’ experience.
  • Assist in customer excellence and management-related projects.
