Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Duration of Work: 6 Months Contract (Extendable + 6 Months)

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours 

Responsibilities: 

• Access Infopedia in SharePoint and identify list of contracts and where is it stored.
• Selection of contracts and porting of data in excel.
• Porting of raw data to second set of Excel and creating database with search function.
• Assist eProcurement team with data entry and migration.
• Assist department to verify PHIs SKU data for onboarding
• Other operational duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
