A leading FMCG company in South East Asia seeks a Manager for Customer Development in Cyberjaya. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing Key Accounts, and ensuring effective execution of promotions. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business and experience in Key Account Management. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Manager, Customer Development (based in Cyberjaya)

  • Accountable to develop and implement sales strategies, via the annual customer plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for the management of trade funds within budgeted level.
  • Responsible to continuously obtain customer intelligence and develop effective trading relationships with the designated Key Accounts.
  • Build and maintain the account profile and contact report for designated accounts accessible to NCM.
  • To ensure successful planning to execution of promotions and other trade agreements with the trade execution team and regional sales force.
  • To identify and liaise with marketing on trade opportunities and initiate category projects to test variable impacting consumers at point of purchase.
  • Supports finance and regional finance in reconciliation of all outstanding payments and disputed invoices with the designated Key Accounts.
  • Analyze designated account Trading Terms and provide proposal to NCM.
  • Manage and improve the service level of designated Key Accounts and minimize lost sales opportunities with regional sales teams on orders mismatch, inventory planning, stock supply and accurate sales forecasting.
  • To conduct sales service call min. 2 stores per week or 8 stores per month. Review the findings and action plan with respective NCM, Trade Execution Manager, Salesman & KAFR for improvement.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Minimum a Diploma / Degree Holder in Business or equivalents.
  • Minimum with 2 years of working experience in Key Account Managment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Detailed and analytical with good business acumen. Work will all levels of staff.
  • Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya Office
