Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and framework for all departments to ensure proper integration, compliance and operational efficiency.
Analyse and evaluate current SOP and framework to resolve organisational problems and propose revised methods and procedures, change of work flows, redefine job function or any necessary review.
The manager will be overseeing the data analyst team. Using software to analyse data to draw conclusion such as consumer shopping patterns.
Reporting to Chief Information Officer.

Requirements:

Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology and Management, or Mathematics.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the O&M Department in Managerial position and managing a team. Preferably with experience in retail industry.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good SOP writing skills and overall understanding on compliance requirements.
Possess good analytical skill and preferably strong in mathematics to perform logical thinking.
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
