Job description

· Proactively monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability of production environments.

· Troubleshoot and resolve project-based infrastructure issues and application-related problems.

· Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manage data for operational insights and reporting.

· Collaborate with development and data teams to deploy and support applications in production.

· Implement and maintain monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.

· Ensure system security by applying updates, managing access controls, and following best practices.

· Create, maintain, and document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for team reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

· Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

· Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit.

· Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.

· Troubleshooting capabilities.

· Experience in testing is a plus.

· Experience in using Windows and Microsoft Office suite.

· Experience in using Linux and Git is a plus.

· Basic proficiency in bash scripting for automation and task orchestration.

· High proficiency with SQL, especially for MySQL/MariaDB databases.

· Experience in Financial systems, Banking is a plus.
