Job description
User Experience Researcher serves as a key conduit towards product & design teams in driving a deep understanding of user behaviours and provide leadership which inspires and helps us deliver amazing end to end experiences.
UX research will be instrumental in defining the future state of the customer journey using a human-centred decision-making process which in return will lead to meaningful product experiences for CIMB’s customers.
The success of this role lies in the individual playing a pivotal role to influence key strategy and execution decisions for product and service experiences
Operationalize qualitative and/or quantitative research insights into actionable, measurable UX goals and ensure accountability to these UX goals across the development lifecycle
Drive impact through a range of research approaches and tools, including internal and external literature review, qualitative methods (observation, contextual inquiry, interview), usability, experimentation, and quantitative research
Create close partnerships with a variety of research and product stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the product team needs and priorities
Engage with other product researchers in CIMB to ensure strong sharing and collaboration practices across CIMB
Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Oversee vendor/external research and partner with other researchers
