Job Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries and complaints, facilitating their quick resolution.
- Perform inspections, prepare reports, manage warranty claims, and ensure the highest quality of work and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Aim to achieve and maintain overall performance levels in accordance with SLAs.
- Develop technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
- Organized with strong communication and excellent time management skills.
- Possess high-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
- Knowledge of Apple products is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on Saturday (half-day) and five days a week.
- Willing to work at 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
