Job description

- Proven sales experience in pallet racking, shelving, or warehouse storage systems.

- Strong knowledge of different racking types (selective, drive-in, cantilever, push back, VNA, etc.).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to read and understand warehouse layout drawings.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads and pursue new sales opportunities in pallet racking systems.
  2. Visit client sites to assess needs, take measurements, and recommend solutions.
  3. Prepare and present quotations, drawings, and proposals to clients.
  4. Negotiate pricing and terms.
  5. Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, installation) to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
  7. Obtain and update market information relating to our business vs. competitors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B industrial or racking sales.
  • Experience using CAD or layout software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in warehouse racking.
