An established industry player is seeking a motivated Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. 1. Spare Parts Sales:
- Actively promote and sell spare parts products according to company policies and sales targets.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide professional advice on spare parts needs and technical solutions to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for product promotion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
4. Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely supply of needed parts.
- Monitor inventory and forecast future spare parts demand.
5. Sales Documentation Management:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other necessary sales documents.
- Ensure all records are accurate and comply with internal audit standards.
6. Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, technical support, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Attend meetings and regularly provide sales reports to management.
7. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest products, spare parts, and related technologies in the engineering machinery industry.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Sales experience, preferably in the engineering machinery or heavy machinery industry with experience in spare parts sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site inspections.
