Job description

This role reports to the Deputy CEO of Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn. Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible on New outlet Developments, Upgrading outlets, Closure outlets and Outlet Design and Renovations:-

To expand business of open new outlets from search a good location, renovation, set up until all are ready to openon time.

To present the Corporate Presentation of Company to complexes.

To survey for potential location new outlet opening based on tenancy meeting organized by major complexes and hypermarkets.

To liaise with property agents to search new location/shop lot.

To build the good public relationship with leasing team of complexes and hypermarket.

To ensure all the submission of documentations on confirmed tenancy to complexes and landlords.

To upgrade outlet concept based on the market trend.

To manage the price comparison reports for renovation works for new outlet opening/upgrading works.

To ensure appointed contractor for planning on work schedules and work permit applications with complexes.

To ensure the items and design is according to actual interior floor plan during renovations.

Responsible on Business & Signage license applications for all new outlet openings.

Responsible on event/promotional space:-

To secure the road show/event at complexes, hypermarkets and Corporate Office.

To ensure the set up on furniture setting up and requirement from the complexes.

To review the actual sales, expenses & net profit to proceed for next booking on that complexes or hypermarket.

To ensure deposit refund after event end.

Responsible on Tenancy Agreement/Renewal Tenancy Agreement of Company:-

To manage and handle on all the tenancy agreement and renewal tenancy of the company.

To negotiate with the Landlord/Complex Management if increasing/adjustment of the rental.

To handle the outlet discontinue tenancy on closure.

To ensure all the related deposits refund after closure.

Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, project management, or a related field.

Significant experience 5-10 years in business development and project management roles within the property or real estate.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.

Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients, partners, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate project risks.
