Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Responsibilities

1. Understand Requirements and Design:
   • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
   • Investigate problem areas following the software development life cycle.
   • Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements.
   • Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability.
   • Analyze client requirements and convert them to feasible designs.
   • Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to investigate software requirements.
   • Confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities.
2. Coding and Development:
   • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, and proposed software.
   • Develop and automate processes for software validation by setting up and designing test cases/scenarios.
   • Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
   • Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of existing systems.
   • Ensure that code is error-free and test failure.
   • Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
   • Ensure all codes are raised as per the norms defined for the project/program/account.
   • Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports.
   • Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress.
   • Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risks.
3. Status Reporting and Customer Focus:
   • Capture all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work.
   • Take feedback regularly to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
   • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices.
   • Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces.
   • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clear code.
   • Ensure good quality of interaction with customers.
   • Respond timely to customer requests and maintain a record of complaints.

1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: 100% error-free onboarding & implementation.
2. Quality & CSAT: On-time delivery, manage software, troubleshoot queries, and customer experience.
3. MIS & Reporting: 100% on-time MIS & report generation.
