Assistant Vice President Property

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate the strategic plans for the TOD project located at Perak.
2. Manage the evaluation of RFP submissions and development option.
3. Lead the development progress with project team, from evaluation and planning stage to authority submissions, quality assurance, sustainability and project launches to ensure key milestones and objectives are met.
4. Carry out project management for all phases of the development including planning, coordinating, progress and quality assurance, risk mitigation and regular reporting to management.
5. Manage teams of external parties including developers, operators, consultants, contractors, relevant federal or state authorities and other stakeholders
6. Ensure that the Company’s development objectives and requirements are well implemented and branding consistency or visibility is achieved

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field.
2. 10 or more years of experience in property development, design and project management, development planning and construction implementation
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving capability and development finance planning skills
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite andother projectmanagementsoftware or platforms.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property development andprojectmanagement.
7. Proven experience in property development and creatingprojectsof national interest
