Job Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support & Coordination
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to support daily business operations smoothly.
  1. Logistics & Card Handling
  • Manage the delivery and tracking of company-issued cards, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.
  • Resolve any logistics issues and follow up on delivery status to ensure efficiency.
  1. Data & Reporting
  • Assist in compiling daily data and preparing regular operational reports.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements based on reporting data.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the operations and admin teams to support workflow optimization.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute feedback to improve service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative or operational support is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Language Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
