Job Description, Function & Responsibility:

Purpose

To drive the development and formulation of Group objectives, strategies, and plans in line with the Group Vision and Mission, ensuring profitability and the achievement of targets through effective performance control.

To identify and assess the feasibility and competitiveness of new projects, negotiate ventures and pricing, and manage the management reporting system to support informed decision-making.

To develop and lead ongoing programs of process innovation and continuous business improvement across the Group, focusing on enhancing systems and processes for better service, cost efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.

To oversee the daily operations of the New Business Development Department.

Business Plan and Strategy

To lead the development and implementation of the Group’s long-term objectives, strategies, and plans through comprehensive analysis of its market position and competitive landscape.

To ensure the Group’s growth and sustainability align with its vision, mission, and strategic policies.

To coordinate and consolidate the Group’s annual business plan, evaluating past achievements and future opportunities to align with strategic goals.

Improvement of Business Process

To analyze, develop, and implement improvements in existing and new business processes.

To support value delivery and operational efficiency by eliminating unnecessary complexities and optimizing resources.

To introduce new approaches for operational excellence, identifying cost and time-saving opportunities and increasing revenues through value-added activities.

To advise stakeholders on key process risks and provide practical solutions.

Project Detailed Feasibility Study

To lead commercial assessments and identify strategic opportunities through feasibility studies covering market, infrastructure, legal, environmental, and social aspects to ensure strategic fit.

Leadership:

To develop and nurture a high-performing team, focusing on talent development, leadership succession, and fostering values of integrity.

To maintain awareness of market and industry trends relevant to the portfolio and suggest strategic initiatives for growth.

To continuously update team skills through exposure to industry best practices and relevant training.

To facilitate regular team meetings for issue discussion, achievement sharing, and strategic guidance.

To implement risk management processes, ensuring compliance and transparency, and diversifying risk exposures.

Networking and Relationship Building

To build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, industry players, and service providers to stay updated on market developments and leverage strategic alliances for new business opportunities.

Mindset, Behavior and Culture

To cultivate a high-performance culture within the team through value-driven interventions, promoting commitment, ownership, integrity, and operational excellence.

Reports Generation & Analysis:
