Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager located in Kuching. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating BIM projects, facilitating virtual design efforts, and collaborating with architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams. The role includes developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, implementing BIM software, and ensuring that all models meet company standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Possess BIM Manager certification (e.g. from CIDB Malaysia or other recognized bodies)
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Knowledge of Autodesk Infraworks is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
