Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager - Credit Innovation

The role focuses on data analytics and research to drive and support digital transformation initiatives. This involves analyzing internal consumer databases, market behavior, and benchmarking against competitors as well as the overall market landscape.

Data Analytics: Perform detailed data analysis on existing databases and provide actionable insights and strategies to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, as well as optimize operational efficiencies. Capable of acquiring and maintaining data, and analyzing trends and patterns in complex data sets.

Market Research and Segmentation: Conduct comprehensive market and technology research to develop innovative solutions based on customer segmentation and enhanced customer journeys, as well as competitor and environmental analysis. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies.

Project Execution: Execute project implementations and collaborate with all cross-functional stakeholders. Able to manage projects end-to-end—from conceptual presentations, gathering business requirements, conducting user tests, to implementation.

Report Management: Manage reporting of research and analysis insights, key performance metrics, project deliverables, and post-implementation review reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
• Professional certification in data analytics (e.g., SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business research, digital transformation, or innovation roles within financial services or credit-related sectors.
• Proven track record in data-driven strategy development, preferably in credit risk, loan products, or consumer finance, ideally in banking or financial institutions.
• Proficient in handling large data sets, trend analysis, segmentation, and deriving actionable insights.
• Understanding of credit products, consumer behavior, and credit risk metrics is a plus.
• Effective communication and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
