About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Officer/Executive to join our dynamic team at GOH JOO HIN (KL) SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Senai, Johor, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts for our company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing client relationships
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales objectives
• Monitoring and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Providing regular sales and activity reports to the management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in theSalesindustry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively pitch products and services
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
