As the Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of businesses within the SEA region.

Description

1. Manage financial closing and reporting for SEA: Oversee the monthly closing process and review financial statements of all Southeast Asian entities.
2. Facilitate statutory audits and year-end closing for SEA: Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies across SEA.
3. Review and coordinate weekly payments for SEA: Review payment runs for all Southeast Asian entities and liaise with approvers to ensure timely processing.
4. Partner with service providers for SEA tax matters: Provide necessary information to tax consultants for GST, CIT, ECI, transfer pricing, and other tax-related issues.
5. Manage cash flow and support system improvements for SEA: Manage cash resources, produce cash flow forecasts, and support IT system implementations and workflow process improvements within the region.

Profile

• Possess a degree in Finance/Accounting and professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
• Have an external audit background, trained in Big 4 or Top 10 firms
• Possess commercial expertise in finance and accounting
• Ideally have knowledge of the renewable energy or engineering industry
