Job description

Welder

1. Responsible for performing welding activities following requirements ASME Section IX & AWS D11.
2. Familiar with mechanical items, capable of handling tools properly, and safety-oriented.
3. Able to interpret, review, and understand drawings and measurements to plan layouts.
4. Weld small and large components, smoothing molten metal to remove creases.
5. Inspect structures and materials before welding.
6. Operate metalworking, welding, or cutting equipment.
7. Check and verify finished work to ensure it falls within the tolerances marked on the drawings.
8. Committed to overtime and daily attendance.
9. Create welder’s work record log sheets for each project.
10. Adhere to company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, rules, and regulations.
11. Follow standards during work (WPS & Work Instructions).
12. Work independently and be prepared to lead others on projects.
13. Handle technical problems related to welding.
14. Execute daily housekeeping and 5S activities.
15. Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors.

Technician

1. Responsible for executing Online Leak Sealing (Clamp & Composite Wrapping) jobs to ensure timely and safe completion.
2. Perform site surveys and installations.
3. Attend mandatory Pre-Job Meetings to review job scope and HSE matters.
4. Ensure compliance with client’s and company HSE policies and regulations at all times.
5. Maintain good relationships with clients.
6. Set up and prepare all equipment and tools before, during, and after jobs.
7. Assist Supervisor, Head OLLS, Head Warehouse, and other supervisors in administrative matters.
