Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation of full sets of accounts (GL, AP, and AR) in accordance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards and other applicable accounting standards, ensuring month-end closing and reporting are completed within set timelines.
2. Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions, including vendor payment arrangements, debtor balance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
3. Timely preparation of bank reconciliations and daily bank balance tracking reports.
4. Preparation of year-end statutory financial reports and periodic or ad-hoc reports, including tax schedules, monthly sales reports, and other reports as required by management.
5. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc.
6. Assist in establishing policies, procedures, and controls.
7. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.
• Preferably able to start immediately.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Responsible with a good working attitude.
