Program Executive Role Overview:

We are seeking a Program Executive to manage both customized products and design-in products from concept to delivery. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring timely project completion, and handling customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Customized Product Management:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of customized products, from initial design and specification to development, production, and final delivery.
• Work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor products to meet these needs.
• Ensure that each customized product is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Design-In Product Management:

• Manage the integration of standard or semi-customized products (e.g., wireless modules) into customer systems.
• Collaborate with customers during the design phase to incorporate the product seamlessly into their solutions.
• Address customer technical queries, forecast demand, and monitor delivery schedules to support ongoing projects.

General Project Coordination:

• Develop detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics) to guarantee smooth execution.
• Provide regular progress updates and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication regarding project and sales requirements.
