About the role

Tecnomic Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is paramount. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  2. Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
  3. Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  5. Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results, pipeline status, and annual forecasts).
  7. Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
  8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM tools.
  9. Provide clients with product and service information tailored to their needs.
  10. Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
  12. Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  13. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on client activities and performance.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or sales role, ideally within the technology industry.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients at various levels.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to delivering customized solutions.
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
  5. Comfortable using relevant software to manage client accounts and activities.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  7. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
