Tecnomic Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is paramount. What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results, pipeline status, and annual forecasts).
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM tools.
- Provide clients with product and service information tailored to their needs.
- Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on client activities and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or sales role, ideally within the technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to delivering customized solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Comfortable using relevant software to manage client accounts and activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
