We are hiring multiple Business Analysts at mid, senior, and expert levels, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

We seek a Business Analyst with proven experience in gathering requirements across multiple applications and effectively bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Familiarity with banking and finance industry concepts is essential to support comprehensive data gathering, accurate documentation, and clear communication with development teams.

Business Line Work Experience:

• Experienced: 2-6 years in IT service management with the ability to quickly acquire functional or technical understanding.
• Senior: Over 6 years in IT service management, infrastructure, or as an IT Business Analyst.

Academic Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology and/or Finance/Banking.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMP are a plus.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT development within the banking and finance industry or asset servicing.
• Knowledge of project development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, COBOL, and Angular.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and test repositories (e.g., Squash).
